BUFFALO, NY, January 17, 2003 - - - - - Lisa Foti-Milk, CPA, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at the Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute (HWI). In this new role Ms. Foti-Milk will be responsible for all the financial and reporting requirements of the Institute.

Lisa joined HWI after working as a Senior Manager with an international accounting firm. She received her B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance from the State University of New York at Buffalo (1988)and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
